Dosing for opiate withdrawal seems to be within the 30-80mg range depending on how heavily you have been using, repeated 3x daily, reducing the dose by 5-10mg each day until none is needed. Withdrawals from the opiates will be almost entirely avoided, allowing you to quit in about a week or less!
